These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sinana's website, playground, mobile app, and API (together, the "Service"), operated by Sinana Inc., a corporation incorporated under the federal laws of Canada with its registered office in British Columbia ("Sinana," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Sinana provides access to a set of AI-powered services — including translation, transcription, sentiment analysis, summarization, proofreading, tone rewriting, and image recognition — through a self-serve web portal, a mobile app, and a programmatic API, on a subscription and usage basis. We may add, change, or retire individual services over time; where reasonably practical, we'll give notice before retiring a service you actively use.

Sinana's services are powered by third-party AI models (see Section 6) and produce results automatically based on the input you provide. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your use case. You're responsible for reviewing and validating any result before relying on it, and results should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Do not use the Service for decisions where an inaccurate AI output could cause serious harm without independent human review.
Sinana's services rely on underlying AI infrastructure, including Amazon Web Services (Bedrock and Transcribe), to generate results. Your use of the Service is also subject to the availability and acceptable-use requirements of those underlying providers. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how content you submit is handled.
Sinana and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service itself, including its software, branding, and underlying technology. As between you and Sinana, you retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service and the results generated for you, subject to the rights of any underlying AI provider in the models used to generate that output. You grant Sinana a limited license to process your submitted content solely to provide the Service to you.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would create a legal or security risk to Sinana or other users. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 7, 9, and 10) will continue to apply.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinana will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Sinana in the twelve months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
